Something I Have Learned Along The Way- Masateru Yamahata

In high school, I was a member of the band club. I had never worked in a small team like a band for a long period of time before. I learned there how to communicate and work as a small team. Of course, it was not easy. We sometimes had our conflicts, but we were able to exchange ideas and make adjustments each time. I think that experience still helps me today. I hope to make the most of this in the future.

 I was an ESTJ on the personality test. That personality tended to be responsible, hardworking, and liked to be represented. I don't think that fits me very well. I don't think it is a good match for me because I am not very responsible and I don't really want to do things on behalf of others.

Masateru Yamahata-INTJ

 My Myers-Briggs test result was INTJ. It is the strategist. I partially agree with this result. The strategist person is analyzed who has introspective, analytical, determined people with natural leadership ability. I am not very good at being a leader, and I only analyze things when I am interested in them myself. However, I am in leadership positions more often than I used to be, so test result may be an influence.
