Something I Have Learned Along The Way- Masateru Yamahata

In high school, I was a member of the band club. I had never worked in a small team like a band for a long period of time before. I learned there how to communicate and work as a small team. Of course, it was not easy. We sometimes had our conflicts, but we were able to exchange ideas and make adjustments each time. I think that experience still helps me today. I hope to make the most of this in the future.

 I choose topic 5A.2 "Is prison an effective deterrent against crime?". In my opinion, prison can be an effective deterrent against crime. Some people say prisons are meaningless. However, if that were really the case, there wouldn't be so many prisons in the world in the first place. Some people do not commit crimes because they do not want to go to prison. Tamon Yamamoto ESTJ

 I was an ESTJ on the personality test. That personality tended to be responsible, hardworking, and liked to be represented. I don't think that fits me very well. I don't think it is a good match for me because I am not very responsible and I don't really want to do things on behalf of others.
