Something I Have Learned Along The Way - Shiho Matsuura

 Something I Have Learned Along The Way is living with other people is quite difficult. I do homestay at this moment and I have a different culture from my host family so we need to try to understand each other. I think even if I live with my Japanese family and my friends, That would be hard. Therefor, I wanna be such a person who are able to cooperate with others.

    I think you have 'hit the nail on the head' here, Shiho. It is challenging living with others no matter whether they belong to our culture or not. Living successfully with others requires empathy and consideration for them along with a healthy respect for oneself and a realization of the rights one should be afforded. David :-)

Last week, I performed playing the drums as band club. This is the picture I took of other club members when they were performing. Our club couldn't perform completely last year due to COVID-19. That's why I was glad to play it this year. I could enjoy   playing the drums. I was the head of the department and there was a lot to do. That was so hard. Next year, I am planning to leave the head of the department to a younger member of the team.
