One Moment Entire Life
Have you ever wondered which memories you remember precisely? Is it the shiny sparkling ones or the miserable memories from the bottomless void?
Our brains can basically be divided into two sides - left and right, along with short-term and long-term memory capabilities. Can you believe that now our brains have unlocked less than 1% of their capabilities? Naturally our brains have limited space for memorising experiences. Unfortunately, the hippocampus which manages this process is beyond our conscious control as it is a specialist for long-term memory.
Whenever we face life situations l, our brains will categorize these as either positive or negative. If the feelings are extremely good or absolutely bad, our subconscious will send all of them to the hippocampus.
Stories do not always have happy endings. When our bodies suffer from illness such as hypoxia or encephalitis, we may end up with Alzheimer’s disease. This will cause your memory to be slowly erased or suddenly wiped out outside of your control.
Even though you might have less chance to avoid this demise, and please be proud and walk high because any diseases might take away only your memories no matter how precious they are, but they have no chance to take away your true feelings considering you had already felt all of them since the first time as the first impression, and all of them will stay win your heart forever.
Wow, this is a superb piece of writing! The last section is very heartfelt. Is this you, Pete?
