Advanced DW Term 3 2022-2023

This is a picture that I took when I went to Christchurch with Ayano. This is a view taken from the top of the mountain where we took the gondola. The weather was very nice, and we had a beautiful view of the city. The constructions of the sea and the town were very impressive. I wanted to share this view with everyone because we can't see it in Osaka where there are almost only towers.

 While I was in a holiday, my host family took me to their friend's farm. Before going there, I heard that there are a lot of lamb so I couldn't wait to see them. Then, when I could meet them, I was so glad and felt happy to come to New Zealand. They were so cute and tiny. In addition, I could feed milk to them. I had never done that before so I was so excited. I wanted to bring them to my house, but I couldn't do that. I was able to experience something that I could only do in New Zealand so I'm appreciating to my host family and I will not forget this memory forever. 

  This is Wanaka. I went to there with my host family in June. I like this picture because it is a first place where I went with them. Moreover, this is a first picture in this trip. I was nervous because it was right after we met. However, they took me to many other places besides there, so I had a great time.

Last week, I performed playing the drums as band club. This is the picture I took of other club members when they were performing. Our club couldn't perform completely last year due to COVID-19. That's why I was glad to play it this year. I could enjoy   playing the drums. I was the head of the department and there was a lot to do. That was so hard. Next year, I am planning to leave the head of the department to a younger member of the team.

On my last holiday, I took this picture in Tekapo. It is famous for its starry sky and beautiful lake. The two landscape are one of the most beautiful sights I have seen in my life. I only have a few more days to stay in New Zealand, but if I have the chance to come back to New Zealand again, I would like to visit there.

 This is a picture I took yesterday of my host family's dog and cat. I have never had a pet in my life, so it is very interesting to have a dog or cat at home. The dog is very friendly and immediately shows his belly and looks like he wants to be petted. The cat rubs against my body and both are adorable.

 I went to a beach yesterday with my classmates and Racheal took us using a van. That was my first time to go there and the beach were stunning so I came to like the beach. In addition, luckily, we could see a sealion. This is a picture which I took in a cave. There is Rachel on the far right.
